Structure of the GB Companion Specification (GBCS)

  1. Normative Requirements


Some sections of the GBCS are informative and others normative. Unless sections are marked ‘informative’ in the header, they shall be normative. Subsections of sections marked informative shall also be informative.

For defined terms (those capitalised), please see the Glossary at Section 21. Where terms are in courier new font, they are Abstract Syntax Notation One (ASN.12) specified structures defined in this document, or in IETF RFC 59123. Definitions of such ASN.1 structures are not repeated in the Glossary.
