The Commission calls upon the Human Rights Council to

1. 
   Establish a mechanism to ensure the implementation of the recommendations in this report.

   Ensure that, in its assistance to the Government of Libya in implementing the above recommendations, the United Nations agencies adopt a coherent and integrated approach.
   

1. 
   Assist, to the extent possible, in the implementation of the above recommendations.
   

1. 
   Establish a mechanism to monitor the implementation of the above recommendations, in particular measures taken to ensure longer term respect for human rights.
