Amendments to the Town of Plympton ZONING BYLAW adopted under Article #23 of the Warrant for the Plympton Annual Town Meeting held on May 13, 2015, is attached hereto and on file in the Town Clerk’s office with the approval of the Attorney General endorsed thereon.


I, Tara J. Shaw, Town Clerk of Plympton, do hereby certify that the following action was taken at The Plympton Annual Town Meeting held on May 13, 2015 at the Dennett Elementary School. There were 111 registered voters present and 19 non-registered attendees.
CHANGE OF ARTICLE 23 (ZONING) SECTION AMENDMENT TO 6.10 SOLAR FACILITIES
CERTIFICATE OF VOTE
ARTICLE 23 (On the motion of Colleen Thompson, Selectman, to approve Article 23 as written in the warrant) To see if the Town will vote to amend the Town of Plympton Zoning Bylaws “Section 6.10 Solar Facilities” by deleting Section 6.10 in it’s entirety and replacing it with a new Section 6.10 as recommended by the Solar Bylaw Review Committee and the Planning Board or take any action relative thereto.

PASS Unanimous
A copy of the amended Solar Bylaw is on file in the Town Clerk’s office and on the Town of Plympton website under News and Announcements and the Town of Plympton Planning Board page for review.
CHANGE OF ARTICLE 21 (GENERAL) AMENDMENT TO MUNICIPAL BYLAWS,
Article XXI, Rules and Regulations Relative to the Control of Dogs in the Town of Plympton

CERTIFICATE OF VOTE
ARTICLE 21 To see if the town will vote to amend Municipal By-Laws, Article XXI, Rules and regulations Relative to the Control of Dogs in the Town of Plympton”, Section 1. Definitions, as follows: Delete the words “August 31st following to June 30th” and replace with “March 31st following to December 31st”. or take any action relative thereto.

Town Clerk: Recommended by BOS 3-0


ARTICLE 21 VOTE (On the motion of Tara Morrison, Town Clerk, 16 Forest St) To see if the town will vote to amend Municipal By-Laws, Article XXI, Rules and regulations Relative to the Control of Dogs in the Town of Plympton”, Section 1. Definitions, “License Late Fee” as follows: Delete the words “August 31st following to June 30th” and replace with “March 31st following to December 31st”.

PASS Unanimous
A COPY OF THE BYLAWS MAY BE EXAMINED IN THE TOWN CLERK’S OFFICE. CLAIMS OF INVALIDITY BY REASON OF ANY DEFECT IN THE PROCEDURE OF ADOPTION OR AMENDMENT MAY ONLY BE MADE WITHIN NINETY DAYS TO THE TOWN CLERK.
