Heru: They would have some kind of Parent, unless they are from outside this Creation. Then it's a somewhat different structure. But provided that they were created within this Creation, there would be Parents. In the Plant Kingdom, and in the Devic Realm which rules the Plant Kingdom, there is the combination of parenting and vegetative propagation.
