Section 32. National Armed Forces Development Plan (1) The National Armed Forces Development Plan shall be drawn up on the basis of State Defence Plan. It shall determine the prospective four-year development of the structural facilities of the National Armed Forces, the personnel, armaments and materials and technical facilities, and the resources of the State budget estimated for the fulfilment of this Plan.
