For this project, we want you to imagine that you are a slave, abolitionist, president, or slave owner. You have been asked your opinion on slavery, and whether or not it should be abolished. You are to think from this person’s perspective on slavery and either defend or refute slavery based on your experiences. You will deliver a speech in court that should be convincing to your audience.
