The National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization for equal rights, seeks an Economic Education Intern for the NAACP Financial Freedom Campaign Center. The Intern will assist with the implementation of educational campaigns and strategies on economic issues; and implementing training curricula for adults and youth in the priority areas of the NAACP Economic Program.
The Economic Education Intern works under the direct supervision of the Director of Economic Education. The duties and responsibilities of the Economic Education Intern include, but are not limited to the following:
Assist the Director of Economic Education with researching key economic issues such as finance, monitoring, fair lending, racial economic injustice and practical information such as, “what is credit” and “home foreclosure”
