SIDPERS RELEASE 1.13.00:
**ECP 604: MGIB/GIMS load procedure created to automatically update SIDPERS with the latest MGIB/GIMS data provided by RCMS-iMARC/Guard Incentive Management System (GIMS)
ECP 605: Validate/Update Assignment Loss Reason codes to reflect accurate regulatory guidance, character of service and military personnel class
ECP 606: Current parameter screen does not close on submit, allowing the user to resubmit before the process has run to completion (it takes 60-seconds, but if a resubmit is done within this period of time then this resubmit will cause the 0440 to be overridden and this truncates the JUMPS table). A second submit results in the GPFD 0440 report not populating with data.
ECP 608: Perform Organizational Intact Unit Loss (OIUL) transaction for the unit and update Organizational Status code (OESTS) to value ‘M’ only when all Soldier records in the unit are validated and qualified to be mobilized
ECP 609: Perform OIUR (Organizational Intact Unit Return) transaction for the unit and allow user to select Soldiers records from the multi-record screen for the Release from Active Duty (RADT) transaction
ECP 610: The SIDPERS Headquarters Operational Level (SIHOL) database procedure will be modified to provide capability to recreate the previous year’s SIHOL’s history
ECP 611: The auto advancement report will be modified to use the date of Initial Active Duty for Training (IADT) in calculating Time in Service (TIS). Prior Service Gain (PSG) will insert a Soldiers record into the Non Prior Service Gain (NPSG) table if it does not already exist
ECP 613: Unit Manning Report (UMR) Rollup has several added user friendly functions that allows easier review and management of the UMR. This ECP will fix the excess code issue currently in the application
ECP 614: The Return to Inactive National Guard (RING) transaction screen will be modified to disable the list of value buttons for Soldiers of ranks E1-E4 if their RFP flag is equal to ‘Y’
ECP 616: Prevents incorrect BAQ-DEP-TYPE and Marital Status combinations
ECP 627: Updates the correct record into the Local Supplemental Database (LSDB) table for any Soldier with two or more records in the person table with the same SSN and different last names
ECP 628: PSG form module will be modified to make NCO Education field a required field and insert its value into the PERS_SVCMBR_EDUC_TBL
ECP 634: The applications DSCH and SEP transactions will be modified to auto populate to ‘W’ (not applicable) in the PERS_SVCMBR_LOSS table Character of Service when transactions are performed with an assignment loss reason of ‘GA’ (gained to the ARNG of another state or USAR unit)
ECP 636: Created script to increase description field size for the PERS_CRS_CODE_TBL and insert new Military Course Completion Records
ECP 643: Modified UMR report module select statements, procedures and layout to identify held information in a new table added called PERS_POSN_HELD_TYPE_CODE_TBL for the Soldier and display excess held section if the held position does not exist in the PERS_AUTH_STR_TBL
ECP 649: Created a script to increase the length of the description fields and update description for the records in the PERS_TPRC_CODE_TBL, PERS_TNGSTAT_CODE_TBL, and PERS_RECSTAT_CODE_TBL
ECP 651: Modified modules to display AREAX (Army Area and State or Country) value in the originator code field to update/review report sequence code and removed originator code update capability
ECP 652: Created Ranking waiver conditions database procedure to assign the appropriate occurrence order of precedence of waiver conditions for enlisted and officer/warrant officer in the PERS_SVCMBR_WVR_COND_TBL
ECP 687: Updated PERS_SVCMBR_EDUC_TBL to include current Intermediate Level Education (ILE) codes in PERS_CRS_CODE_TBL

SIDPERS RELEASE 1.13.01:
ECP 748: Removes functionality from SEP, DSCH and DECD transactions of updating MGIB/GIMS data stored in the PERS_SVCMBR_TNG_TBL and removal of the MGIB/GIMS transaction created by SEP, DSC, and DECD transactions for TAPDB-G that was implemented in ECP 604 Release 1.13.00
SIDPERS RELEASE 1.13.02:
ARNG IMS SPR 105: Allows SIDPERS user granted SIDPERS_ROLE ability to run the RPAM, QA reports, 4100 Enlisted Promotion Worksheet
ECP 762: Fix to ECP 654 AGR EADT (SEP and DSCH) Incorporates an edit to alert the user to ensure if Soldier is on any type of AD by displaying a banner, prior to completing a loss transaction to close out an active duty period
ECP 777: Modified the MEDPROS procedure preventing the adding or removing of position number excess code of 999M based on the Medical Readiness Code of ‘B’ to a Soldiers record based on the ARNG G1’s intent to discontinue the use of 999M value. NGB approval will be needed to use this code

ECP 631: New Branch Codes will be added to Branch Table- per Department of Defense Manual (DODM) requirements
ECP 645: Personnel Religious Codes will be updated per TAPDB Edit Support System (TESS) Values – per DODM requirements
ECP 646: Personnel Race table will be updated- per DODM requirements.
ECP 648: A script to convert existing records with a Reserve Category (RESCAT) Code Value of ‘T’ will be removed and replaced with ‘S’ from the Personnel Reserve Category table – per DODM requirements

ECP 670: Personnel Language code tables will be updated to reflect Army TESS language table values to include a new code table called PERS_LANG_PRF_SRC_TBL to determine formally assessed or self professed language skilled-The source of proficiency will be validated against values in the new table. Code Tables PERS_LANG_PRF_SRC_PRM_TBL and PERS_LANG_PRF_SRC_SECD_TBL have been removed.
ECP 679: Personnel campaign ID code table will be updated with new values per DODM requirements
ECP 680: Does not allow a security clearance granted date when security clearance = N, P, or Y (ineligible for security clearance or does not have one)
ECP 681: Personnel statutory authority code table will be updated to include new TAPDB-G TESS values per DODM

ECP 691: The code values in Suspension of Favorable Personnel Action (SFPA) table will be updated to match the current TESS tables per DODM requirements
ECP 714: Evaluation Report (EERF) screen will validate and not allow a date prior to 19400101(1January1940) to be entered for the date at the end of an evaluation period on the EERF form
ECP716: Checks the entered military education level enrolled and the completed education level against the Soldiers Military Personnel Class (MPC) and creates a validity check to prevent assignment of military education courses that do not pertain to the Soldiers MPC
ECP 718: Validation of Authorized Personnel Identity (API) code and gender when a clerk uses a Transfer within state (TRF) mnemonic the TRF allows the assignment of female Soldiers into closed Military Occupational Specialties (MOSs) or Male coded positions
ECP 720: Modify LOADAPFT procedure to insert new records into the personnel service member history table and to update existing records. On the APFT form validate APFT dates to require a six digit YYYYMM date format
ECP 732: Updated current organization code values will be displayed on the Non Prior Service Gain (NPSG), Prior Service Gain (PSG) Return from Inactive National Guard (RING) and Current Organization Identification (COCD) forms
ECP 737: If the date of expiration of retention beyond MRD and the retained beyond mandatory removal reason are being entered or they currently exist then the initial MRD and reason cannot be modified for officers who’s grade is LTC-O5 and below

ECP 786: Reenlistment (RENL) transactions fix - when doing a RENL on an SM transaction will not fall into a loop and hang up system

Summary. This pamphlet provides users with data elements currently used in the Standard Installation/Division Personnel System-Army National Guard (SIDPERS-ARNG).
Applicability. This pamphlet applies only to the Army National Guard (ARNG).
