Continuous protection and treatment of children and women who are victims of sexual violence.
Creation of social protection programs targeted to helping and supporting children that abuse drugs.
Additions of provisions to the Law on Local Self-Government for providing care for the elderly people (for example: opening of small day centers for the elderly)
Provision of a patronage service for provision care and assistance to the elderly in their homes.
Introduction of a social map of the groups at risk on the level of communities.
In addition to the existing services providing protection of families in the communities, facilitate the development of small group homes and counseling facilities for parents.
