PREPARATION: If using Drifter components on drift wood, form pieces to fit the drift wood while cast is fresh from the mold. Allow to dry, clean and fire to cone 04. BASECOAT: The drifters shown were basecoated in Sculpture Bronze, drybrushed and then shaded using Flat Black. To avoid shading, basecoat with Flat Black and drybrush 2 coat of Sculpture Bronze before other colors. Using the colors above drybrush to knots and bark as desired to match tree bark or driftwood.
