Ethelbert Turner of Watley's End admitted 17 Dec at 15/- a week.

Mary Nelmes of Gutteram Farm, Wick, admitted 17 Dec at 20/- a week before confinement & 30/- a week plus 30/- maternity fee afterwards. Her baby girl was born 22 Dec.

Mrs Bailey of Staple Hill Rd, Fishponds admitted 23 Dec at 21/- as before. (March 1929).

Mrs Jane Evans discharged 22 Dec.

Monday 12 Jan 1931 Rev EM Bald, Mrs Bowen, Mrs Skelton.

Mrs Wiltshire of Frampton Cotterell admitted 1 Dec at 10/- a week.

Mrs Walters of Coalpit Heath admitted 7 Jan at £2/2/- a week.

Miss Augusta Brown of Hambrook admitted 8 Jan and died 9 Jan. She was assessed at 2/6.

Mary Nelms [Nelmes ?] discharged 6 Jan.

Joan Stark discharged 8 Jan.

Monday 26 Jan 1931 Rev EM Bald, Mrs Bowen, Miss Guise, Mrs Skelton, Mrs Tanner, Miss Tyler, Mr Yeoman.

Mrs Boyce of Coalpit Heath admitted 22 Jan at 30/- a week plus 30/- maternity fee. Her baby girl was born the same day.

Four children from the clinic were admitted 19 Jan. Doris Manning of Winterbourne Hill, Barbara Frankcombe of Council Houses Winterbourne and John Morgan of Bradley Brook were operated for tonsils & adenoids and kept in for the night. George Lewman of Winterbourne Down was kept for the day. The County being accountable for the payments.



Mr Vassall reported that £50 had been passed to the Treasurer, being the remainder of Mr Capel’s Legacy. [At last !]

Mrs Yeoman had kindly offered to get up a sale in aid of hospital funds. It was suggested that other parishes might contribute, and that more help could be got. Date fixed for 22 April.
