Is “Under God” Unconstitutional? - A report and analysis of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal’s holding in Newdow v. Elk Grove Unified School District, which held that the inclusion of the words “under God” in the Pledge of Allegiance was an establishment of religion and, therefore, unconstitutional.- Constitutional Law II- 2004.
