Note Taking Rubric
A: Notes are thorough, capturing as many of the main ideas as possible. All words are legible. A system of organization is apparent throughout all of the notes.
B: Notes are somewhat thorough, capturing some of the main ideas. Most words are legible. A system of organization is apparent through most of the notes.
C: Notes are missing many main ideas. Many, but not most, of the words are legible. A system of organization is apparent some of the time.
D: Notes are sparse, capturing few of the main ideas. Some words are legible. There is no evidence of a system of organization.
F: Notes were not taken, or just a few words were jotted down.
