In the Case of Baldeón-García,


the Inter-American Court of Human Rights (hereinafter “the Inter-American Court”, or “the Court”), composed of the following judges:

Antônio A. Cançado Trindade, Judge;

Cecilia Medina-Quiroga, Judge;
