Transformative Leadership

Individualized Consideration: Transformational leaders pay attention to their employees' issues and needs for growth and progress ensuring that “new learning opportunities are created, along with a supportive climate”[ CITATION Bas08 \l 1033 ]. They build on the principle that what factors motivate one person may not encourage another. As a result, they're able to adjust their managerial styles to suit the needs of different members of their team.
Inspirational motivation: Transformational leaders can assert a fully integrated vision that inspires team members to go beyond expectations. This vision is “supported by communication skills that make it understandable, precise, powerful and engaging” [ CITATION Lan17 \l 1033 ].
Transformational leaders also recognize that employees with a higher purpose are the most motivated. These leaders aren't afraid to put their employees on the spot. They are capable of giving meaning to the job being done while still being optimistic about future goals.
Intellectual Stimulation: “Intellectual stimulation is much more than a matter of broadcasting good ideas”[ CITATION Bas08 \l 1033 ]. These leaders keep testing assumptions, show initiative, and ask for feedback and ideas from their teams. They don't worry about failure and instead maintain an atmosphere where it's fine to talk, be innovative, and express different perspectives. This enables employees to discuss, exercise more independence, and discover more productive ways of completing their tasks.
Idealized influence: [CITATION Bas08 \l 1033 ] stated that idealized influence can be considered as the same meaning as charismatic leadership. It is value-based on the leaders’ moral behavior which earns them the necessary respect and trust, and, thus, can assist them in making decisions that benefit the entire organization.
Transformational Leadership: Strategic Management Approach
It is well known that an effective leadership strategic approach can make the difference between success and failure in an organization, it impacts “the fundamental attitudes and assumptions of an organization’s members, creating a common mentality to attain the firm’s goals” [CITATION Vıc08 \l 1033 ]. Transformational leaders are visionary, inspiring, charismatic, critical know-how, and collaborative. These characteristics make them key players in the development of a strategic competitive advantage in addition to their ability to direct the culture of the organization towards success, and prosperity. “Such leaders encourage good communication networks and a spirit of trust, enabling transmission and sharing of knowledge.”[ CITATION Vıc08 \l 1033 ].
In the process of managing organizational knowledge, transformational leaders play a critical role. Throughout all organizational levels, leaders provide new perspectives, inspirations, frameworks, and processes that enable knowledge to be converted into competitive advantages.
In addition to knowledge, innovation admires transformational leader who is “willing to champion an idea and is capable of influencing others in the organization to adopt it.”[ CITATION Bed18 \l 1033 ]. Those leaders’ creative and innovative behavior provides intellectual, impactful, and inspirational support for change, growth, and success.

Transformational Leadership influences the organizational strategy by enabling a suitable internal environment for sustainable development, growth, and innovation. This can be through studying and well understanding of the company’s resources, abilities, and capabilities. This attentiveness with the tendency towards learning, innovation, and change leads to focusing on how to outperform competitors not just in the meantime but also how to be sustainable in the long term.
