HJR 1019 was referred for engrossment.

GENERAL ORDER
HB 1724 by Rice et al of the House and Easley of the Senate was read and considered.
Coauthored by Representative(s) Sullivan (Leonard)
Representative Rice moved to amend HB 1724, Page 2, Section 1, Line 9 by inserting after the word "court" and before the period "." the language ", which such third appraiser shall be a state certified general real estate appraiser and be in good standing with the Oklahoma Real Estate Appraisal Board"; Line 15 by inserting after the word "party" and before the period "." the language "of which at least one shall be a state certified general real estate appraiser and be in good standing with the Oklahoma Real Estate Appraisal Board"; and Lines 15-18 by deleting the language "Appraisers who have been selected to evaluate personal property and real estate by appointment of the district court shall be a state certified general real estate appraiser and be in good standing with the Oklahoma Real Estate Appraisal Board.", which amendment was declared adopted.

Representative Rice moved that HB 1724 be advanced from General Order, which motion was declared adopted.


By unanimous consent, upon request of Representative Rice, HB 1724 was considered engrossed and placed on Third Reading and Final Passage.
