Representative Rice moved to amend HB 1724, Page 2, Section 1, Line 9 by inserting after the word "court" and before the period "." the language ", which such third appraiser shall be a state certified general real estate appraiser and be in good standing with the Oklahoma Real Estate Appraisal Board"; Line 15 by inserting after the word "party" and before the period "." the language "of which at least one shall be a state certified general real estate appraiser and be in good standing with the Oklahoma Real Estate Appraisal Board"; and Lines 15-18 by deleting the language "Appraisers who have been selected to evaluate personal property and real estate by appointment of the district court shall be a state certified general real estate appraiser and be in good standing with the Oklahoma Real Estate Appraisal Board.", which amendment was declared adopted.
