HJR 1028 by Ross et al of the House and Horner of the Senate was read and considered.
Representative Ross moved to amend HJR 1028 by striking the title, which amendment was declared adopted.
Representative Ross moved that HJR 1028 be advanced from General Order, which motion was declared adopted.
By unanimous consent, upon request of Representative Ross, HJR 1028 was considered engrossed and placed on Third Reading and Final Passage.
