HB 1382 was referred for engrossment.

GENERAL ORDER
HB 1466 by Ferguson of the House and Coffee of the Senate was read and considered.
Coauthored by Representative(s) Adkins, Balkman, Calvey, Cargill, Nance, Peters, Peterson, Pope (Tim), Smaligo, Tibbs, Winchester
Representative Gilbert moved to amend HB 1466, Page 9, Section 1, Line 19 by adding after the word "and" the following language: "for use in alcohol treatment and prevention programs, and", which amendment was declared adopted.
Representative Ferguson moved that HB 1466 be advanced from General Order, which motion was declared adopted.
By unanimous consent, upon request of Representative Ferguson, HB 1466 was considered engrossed and placed on Third Reading and Final Passage.
