Registers of civilian death due to war operations of the Borough of Barking, 1939-1940

Two registers, recording civilian deaths due to war operations in Barking (8 September 1940-5 March 1945), recording the names and addresses of individuals killed, as well as details of the place of death or finding, the date of death or finding, whether the body was claimed for burial, the name and address of the person claiming the body for burial, the date and place of burial. Also includes an inventory of clothes and effects found with the body.
