Resident Credits—Credits for Tax
Paid to Other Jurisdictions
A taxpayer who is
domiciled outside of New York
, but is a
statutory resident of New York
, may be required to pay resident personal income
taxes on their entire income
, without any credit for taxes paid to the other state on
income from intangible assets
