THE BOOK OF THE REVELATION AND THE CHURCH AGE The last book of the Bible, the Book of the Revelation, viewed in a literal and futurist way can be divided into a number of sequential sections commencing with the Revelation of Christ Himself in chapter 1, a group of seven churches in chapters 2-3, the resurrected church in chapters 4 and 5, the Tribulation period from chapter 6 to 18, the Second Coming of the Lord Jesus Christ in chapter 19, the Millennial reign of Christ in chapter 20 and Eternity Future in chapters 21 and 22.
