I, Charles Arthur Latcham, Superintendent Registrar of the District of The Clifton Union – in the Counties of Gloucester and Bristol – do hereby certify, that the Building named Whites Hill Chapel, situated at Whites Hill – in the Parish of Winterbourne – in the County of Gloucester – having been duly certified as a place of Public Religious Worship, was registered for the Solemnisation of Marriage therein, on the Eighth day of April in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Forty Four.
