But those people who keep their faith until the end will be saved. The Good News about God’s kingdom will be preached in all the world, to every nation. Then the end will come.

He will use a loud trumpet to send his angels all around the earth, and they will gather his chosen people from every part of the world.”

Paul tells us in 1 Corinthians 15:50-52:

But let me tell you something wonderful, a mystery I’ll probably never fully understand. We’re not all going to die—but we are all going to be changed. You hear a blast to end all blasts from a trumpet, and in the time that you look up and blink your eyes—it’s over. On signal from that trumpet from heaven, the dead will be up and out of their graves, beyond the reach of death, never to die again. At the same moment and in the same way, we’ll all be changed. In the resurrection scheme of things, this has to happen.”

Paul explains why God removes us from the Earth before He expresses His wrath on the world that rejected Him in 1 Thessalonians 5:9-11:
For God has not destined us for wrath, but for obtaining salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ, who died for us, so that whether we are awake or asleep, we will live together with Him. Therefore encourage one another and build up one another, just as you also are doing.”

Beloved soul, the reason the world has a preoccupation with impending disaster is because of their premonition of the events to come that God has given them, so that they might consider His offer of forgiveness. How about you, have you considered His offer? If you have, what did you do? If you’re reading this, it’s because He wanted you too, and you submitted. See how easy that was? It didn’t hurt a bit. He loves you and has taken the time and effort to bring you this far, can you possibly imagine where He can take you if you will become His disciple?

If you have further questions, email me and I’ll help you understand. There’s one more Scripture I would like to share with you. It’s in Jeremiah 29:11
For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.”
