הכרת יסודות שיטת המשפט בסין העכשווית (מאז 1978).
ב. תוכן הקורס:
הקורס יבחן את יסודות שיטת המשפט הסינית, בדגש על סוגית שלטון החוק ומערכת המשפט המתעוררת בסין במהלך שלושים השנים האחרונות, מפרספקטיבה כלכלית, פוליטית, פילוסופית, תרבותית והיסטורית. בין הסוגיות שיידונו: שיטת ותורת המשפט, מוסדות משפטיים ותהליכי חקיקה; יחסי מרכז ורמה מקומית (לוקאליות); צמיחתו של משפט קונסטיטוציוני וזכויות אזרח.
