Corcovado is the main beach on Costa Rica’s Osa Peninsula and has been called “the most biologically intense place on earth.” That means there are tons of animals to see here, even from your relaxed spot on the black sand beach. If you’re feeling a little extra adventurous, there are several hiking trails nearby that will give you a better chance at catching a glimpse of some cool animals up close. Dominical is another beach in Costa Rica and is known as one of the biggest surfing destinations in the country. A great spot to visit if you’re looking to hang ten during your Costa Rica vacation.
