Penryn might have been the relevant town to this hamlet. Double Trees is in Par (but this is not near Penryn).

  • Birth date supplied by Mrs Eleanor-Mary Tregenza-Jones for MARY(-ROGERS) is most probably that of MARY her daughter.

  • ELEANOR-MARY born 1898 and who lived most of life in London was thought to be a sister to MARY and MARIA-FRIEND Tregenza and to have married Jones – however this is explained by 1911 census which indicates that her father is named Jones and her mother was probably MARY born 1871-1875

  • death record MARY-R. age 75 December quarter 1920 Cardiff district (volume 11a page 438) which gives birth as 1845 approx. which matches MARY-RODGERS though she was alive in 1911 census
