Summary: Feudal Japan was important in history because it helped develop Japan's infrastructure; Which are religion, government, art and literature. In a period in which Japan was conquered by the most powerful and highest ranking of nobles and uneducated, the Shogun. Feudal Japan period also consisted of the Daimyo(second highest ranking), Samurai(third highest ranking) and last and least the peasants. There were also three main periods, Kamakura Period: 1185 – 1333, Muromachi Period: 1336 – 1573, and the Azuchi Momoyama Period: 1568 – 1603, these periods went from 1185-1603. The entire Fuedal Japan period happened through 12th and 19th centuries.
