Membership and/or Donation
Welcome to the 2015-2016 school year at Herbert Hoover Middle School. After a remarkable summer, we are back to school, and so much more! We are planning some exciting activities for the students and their families of Herbert Hoover. We invite you to join the Herbert Hoover PTO to help us accomplish this goal.
Your membership not only donates to our PTO, but your fundraising efforts help to fund various activities for the school. Your support through the PTO membership and/or donation goes directly to the school allowing these projects to continue.
The cost of membership is $10. You may feel free to donate as well in the space provided at the bottom of the page. Please consider all who are interested in helping may join — aunts, uncles, friends, neighbors, etc. If you have children in different classes you only need to join once. If interested, please fill out the form below and kindly return with Membership Dues. We ask you make all checks payable to Herbert Hoover PTO and return them to the school with your child in an envelope marked PTO Dues.
