Nuisance animals


Objective 1: To Improve and update information regarding nuisance issues

Create a specific information brochure, including information about Council Orders and other animal management information

Communicate to dog owners - both through their registration documents, and via signage at the grounds that dogs should not be off leash on sports grounds while there is training or games underway, when on or around shared pathways or when near children's playgrounds.

External funding sought for the provision of on leash signage during events for a 2014/15 budget consideration.


Consider forming a partnership with the Brunswick Dog Club to cross promote the benefits of a well trained dog.
