INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ACCESS AND USE: This archive merges data from The NSF Surveys of Public Understanding 1983-1999 and the 2002 and 2006 General Social Survey telephone subsamples. The archive focuses on information technology access and use and provided the data I analyzed for several articles and conference presentations. It has 62 variables and a total casebase of 18,204 U.S. adults from nine national representative samples on the United States.
Losh, S. C. (2006). NSF SURVEYS: This archive is a longitudinal cross-sectional set of surveys that enables tracking trends in science knowledge, interest, attitudes, pseudoscience support, and policy beliefs. It currently spans the years 1979-2006 and contains nearly 300 variables on science knowledge, attitudes, understanding, and background among 12 nationally representative samples of U.S. adults (total casebase = 23,994).
