  1. SET UP TIME FROM 6 AM and 6.45 AM. FOR ALL STALL HOLDERS.

ALL TRADERS MUST BE READY FOR TRADING AT 7.00.AM.

  1. TRADING WILL COMMENCE TILL 1PM – NO CARS TO BE STARTED BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 7.00AM AND 1PM WITHIN THE MARKET AREA.

  2. ALL STALL HOLDERS ARE TO TAKE EXTRA CARE WITH THEIR STALLS- HAVE ATTRACTIVE SIGNAGE, BASKETS AND TRAYS TO DISPLAY GOODS. TABLES MUST BE USED - GOODS NOT TO BE SOLD FROM TARPS ON FLOOR.

  3. FOOD TRADERS MUST MEET ALL HEALTH GUIDELINES AS REQUIRED BY COUNCIL FOR MARKETS IE . WASHING BASINS – WATER TANKS, THERMOMETERS, AND MUST HAVE ALL NECESSARY PERMITS/LICENSES. ALL ELECTRICAL CABLES TO BE TESTED AND TAGGED.

  4. ALL PRODUCTS SOLD MUST COMPLY WITH QLD HEALTH STANDARDS GOVERNING WEIGHT, PACKAGING AND NUTRITION LABELING.

  5. ALL ITEMS FOR SALE MUST COMPLY WITH TRADEMARK LAWS ie. NO COUNTERFEIT ITEMS ALLOWED.

  6. STALL HOLDERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN CLEAN UP. WE SUPPLY BINS BUT ONLY FOR OUR PATRONS. ANY STALL HOLDER FOUND TO BE LOADING BOXES INTO OUR WASTE BINS WILL NOT RETURN.

  7. SMOKING IS PROHIBITED BY LOCAL AND FEDERAL LAWS IN THE MARKET AREA. WE HAVE A DESIGNATED SMOKING AREA FOR THOSE WHO CAN’T KICK THE HABIT.

  8. NO ON-SELLING OF STALL SITES IS ALLOWED.

  9. ALL DECISIONS MADE BY MANAGEMENT ARE FINAL AND BINDING.

  10. BAD WEATHER POLICY. THE MARKET IS CONDUCTED IN OPEN AIR AND WILL OPERATE IN WET WEATHER. IT IS STALLHOLDER RESPONSIBILITY TO BRING YOUR OWN COVERS AS THE MARKET WILL NOT BE CANCELLED IN THE EVENT OF WET WEATHER. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY FOR A STALL IF YOU ARE NOT PREPARED TO RISK THE WEATHER.

  11. REFUND POLICY IN WET WEATHER - STALL FEES ARE PAYABLE REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THE STALL HOLDER TRADES OR NOT. NO REFUNDS/CREDITS FOR ADVERSE WEATHER.
