(1) Models of processing information and knowledge management, especially in (1) marketing regarding new products (includes MDS models and low versus high involvement attitude models), (2) joint ventures and alliances and (3) satisfaction models.
(2) Organizational design issues, including strategy, structure and performance interrelationships and functional interaction and co-ordination.
